Terms of Use
Last updated: 24 August 2026
By creating a Kshirpa account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use Kshirpa.
Your account
Your account is tied to the phone number you verify with a one-time code, and to a recovery email if you add one. You are responsible for that number, that inbox, and what happens under the account. Tell us at admin@kshirpa.in if you think someone else has access to it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Kshirpa to:
- Harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse anyone.
- Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or run scams.
- Share content that is illegal where you are, or that sexually exploits or endangers children.
- Break, overload, probe, or reverse engineer the service, or automate access to it without permission.
We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules, and we may do so without notice where the harm is serious.
Your content
What you write and the photos you send stay yours. You grant us only the permission needed to transmit them and, for photos, to hold the file until the other person receives it. We do not use your messages to train models, and we do not sell them.
Availability
Kshirpa is offered as-is and is under active development. Features may change or be withdrawn, and there may be interruptions. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error free, and you should not rely on it for emergencies.
Ending your use
You can stop using Kshirpa at any time and ask us to delete your account, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Kshirpa.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
